Description:

701K1 is an indoor go-kart racing store that provides a thrilling racing experience to customers of all ages. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Store Employee to join our team. The Store Employee will be responsible for managing the front desk, running races, and maintaining the store.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the front desk, including checking in customers, maintaining cleanliness of the store and managing cash and credit card transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring that they have an enjoyable and safe racing experience.
• Manage and organize race groups, ensuring that all races start on time and that all safety procedures are followed.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including the go-karts and the track.
• Monitor race times and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or retail position required.
• Experience working in a racing environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease.
