Description:

DUTIES: Compiles and maintains various employee records. Data entry of new hires, change reports and dismissals. Maintains all employee records such as attendance records and files various personnel reports on hourly employees daily. Assists in organization of employee activities, distributes employee handouts regarding benefits, programs, surveys, etc., copies and faxes requested documents. Assists in answering phones. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (C=Constant 67-100%, F=Frequent 34-66%, O=Occasional 1-33%) SITTING C, BENDING O, WALKING O, Lifting: 0-20 lbs O, STANDING O, KNEELING O, TWISTING O, STOOPING O, HAND/WRIST MOTION F, REACHING ABOVE SHOULDER LEVEL O, OTHER: Works in a hot/cold shop environment; PPE includes steel toed shoes, safety glasses when in shop

Shift Requirements:

Candidates should have satisfactory or better attendance.

Overtime Requirements:

Available as needed.

Qualifications:

Candidates should show an attention to detail, have good communication skills, have good keyboarding skills, and work effectively on a team. Confidentiality is a must. Good attendance, and must have transportation to/from work.

Additional Information:

Position is 3rd shift, 10:30 pm – 6:30 am (Shift times may vary.), Sunday-Thursday(into Friday am), Friday nights may be required.
