Job Summary: SUNY Brockport is seeking applicants for anticipated part-time faculty openings for the Department of Healthcare Studies, specifically the Healthcare Administration program and Alcohol and Substance Abuse Studies program. Example courses include but are not limited to Long-term Care/Nursing Home Management, Psychopharmacology of Alcohol and Other drugs, Theories of Alcohol and Other Drugs and more.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, or Alcohol & Substance Abuse Studies/Mental Health Counseling, or related area by time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Doctorate Healthcare Administration or Counselor Education.
  • Significant teaching experience.
  • Ability to teach online and/or willingness to complete the College's teacher training modules for online course teaching.

Work Schedule: M-F
